I contacted the team at Sir Speedy with a project for some bookmarks for my small business. They were incredibly patient as I had a TON of questions and specifics that I was looking for. They invited me into the store to personally explore paper options and weights, as well as various options I could use. When I asked for recommendations, they were very frank and honest, letting me know that X paper works best in their printer over Y--and that even saved me money! When the printing was done, we had a small hiccup with sizing (which was totally my fault), and they kept me in the loop through EVERY step to get it resolved. I was so impressed with their attention to detail, their professionalism, and how much they went out of their way to help a fellow small business owner. The quality of the prints are exceptional. The price was almost half what I had been quoted elsewhere and even more from online places. Their speed was, well, legendary. ;) I couldn't be happier. I received fantastic service from the entire team at the Largo location including very detailed instructions and tips for applying the vinyl they printed for me. Those instructions made all the difference when I went to apply the vinyl to my desktop. Thank you all for making this a very enjoyable and successful project! Also, they were one of the cheapest and the only place in the area that could turn out a print within a week and they did so faster than they quoted me which is awesome. Amazing customer service!!! I called Sir Speedy in a frantic panic and spoke to a nice gentleman named Jim. He listened as I told him of our dilemma ~ we needed 145 manuals (200 pages each) printed THAT DAY. Jim didn't hang up on me, so that was a bonus! Instead, Jim said they could do my job and have it completely done by closing time. Crazy fast service! Everyone we dealt with there ~ Jim, Patti, Julia & Jeremy were super nice and helpful. Even though they were super busy that day, and I knew that I had increased their work load by a lot, they didn't make me feel like a nuisance. Instead, they treated me with professionalism, kindness, and appreciation. We highly, highly, highly recommend this top-notch printing shop. Great location on Ulmerton Road. Clean, professional shop with fantastic staff. Sir Speedy is our 'go-to' print shop from now on!
